SPARC enhances the lives of people with developmental disabilities through high quality therapeutic recreation activities. Participants work on skill development in a nurturing social community that does not otherwise exist in their lives.

SPARC, Inc., Special Program And Resource Connection, is a not-for-profit agency founded in 1989, now entering our 23rd year of service. We provide services to over 1,000 individuals at program sites in every corner of Westchester County. Our inclusion into typical community venues and facilities, trip opportunities and local volunteers allow participants to develop a social network while strengthening personal contributions and acceptance in their neighborhoods. SPARC programs improve the lives of participants by enabling activities and interactions that capture individual talents and encourage each person to reach their potential.
