SPARC, Inc., Special Program And Resource Connection, is a not-for-profit agency providing social, recreation, and therapeutic services for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. We all seek satisfying and joyful experiences through socialization and leisure. Every person needs a time to relax, be with friends, develop new abilities, and learn about oneself. Since 1989, SPARC has been dedicated to delivering dynamic recreation opportunities to individuals with special needs and support services to their families and agencies. It has taken much shaping, love and patience to reach our current capabilities. SPARC provides services for ages ‘5 through 105,’ with discreet groupings within our youth, teen and adult divisions for early childhood, pre-teens, and young adults to provide closely matched peer groups.
