Programs are tailored to your participants' special needs and personal growth. Our Recreation, Art or Music Therapists deliver services weekly, insuring dependable, meaningful activities to compliment your other involvements. Avoid the complications of transportation, staffing, training, supplies, tight scheduling and cancellations. SPARC’s 18 years of on-site programming to most group home agencies in Westchester, day habilitation centers and schools makes this one of our most popular and successful services. 1:1 CREATIVE ARTS, FITNESS AND RECREATION THERAPY* Professional clinicians provide assessment and goal oriented plans for children and adults adjusting to social, cognitive, emotional or physical challenges. Through involvement in enjoyable activities, consumers are eager to make progress towards goals on their personal program of therapy. Weekly visits or other schedules are available to fit your personal lifestyle. PRIVATE INSTRUCTION* SPARC Specialists and teachers provide individualized sessions in painting/fine arts, voice/instrument, sports/fitness, basic life skills such as cooking or gardening, socialization skills and leisure education towards independence. Lessons are provided either in community settings or your own home at mutually agreed upon schedules. *Available activities include: art (painting, drawing, sculpture, jewelry, etc.), music, photography, horticulture, drama, ceramics, yoga, creative writing, pet therapy, sports/fitness, cooking, computers, dance, or other activities of your choice.
