Jordan Wood has dedicated his career to supporting individuals with diverse needs, bringing expertise in therapeutic recreation, special education, and mental health services. Before joining SPARC in 2023, he spent 14 years at Green Chimneys—an innovator in animal-assisted therapy and education—where he held a variety of programmatic and administrative leadership roles serving children with special needs and mental health challenges.

Jordan holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration and brings proven skills in organizational development, strategic planning, and financial management. His background in designing impactful programs, coupled with his behavioral support expertise, ensures that SPARC continues to grow with both compassion and accountability.
