Empowering Young Adults Every Day

SPARC’s LINK-UP  program is an alternative to traditional day habilitation or "without walls" programs. Designed for young adults who have completed high school and need help transitioning to adulthood, this day program focuses on community integration and independent living activities. With a staff ratio of 5:1, SPARC offers a range of growth opportunities tailored to IDD participants.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

At LINK-UP, young adults step into real-world experiences with the right balance of support and independence. Participants practice life skills by navigating transportation, handling money, volunteering, and exploring local culture—all while building friendships and confidence. Outings, social time, and community engagement turn everyday learning into meaningful opportunities for growth, making independence feel exciting instead of overwhelming.

Note: LINK-UP is a Medicaid Respite Waiver program. A program registration fee applies and is determined by the number of days enrolled per week.
