Arianna Corsino brings expertise in business management, financial oversight, and branding to her role as Director of Operations at SPARC. She led the creation of SPARC’s recognizable brand identity and is known for problem-solving, workflow optimization, and anticipating organizational needs. Arianna has also worked directly with participants, grounding her leadership in firsthand experience and a commitment to building systems that make programs both impactful and meaningful.

Kathleen Di Monaco is an educator with extensive experience in special education and program design. She has developed curricula, written and overseen IEPs, and served as a Liaison to the Yonkers Board of Education, advocating for students with disabilities and the professionals who support them. As both a teacher and the parent of a child with special needs, Kathleen brings expertise, creativity, and personal insight to SPARC, ensuring programs are both effective and compassionate.

Sonja is a dedicated and creative program manager who specializes in designing engaging, inclusive experiences for teens and young adults with autism and other intellectual/developmental disabilities. She combines strong organizational skills with a talent for bringing ideas to life, ensuring that every program, trip, and event is both meaningful and enjoyable. Known for her warmth and creativity, Sonja fosters a welcoming environment where participants feel valued and connected.
